The human kingdom of Barghest lies in the northern end of the continent, west of Eleindhyl. Barghest is ruled by king Worven and is one of the richest and largest cities in Inhrt. Due to it’s placement between the dwarven and elven domains, most traders stop by to entice adventurers into buying their rare goods. The population mostly consists of humans, half-elves and very little else, most non-humans just pass through the city.
The proud elven metropolis of Eleindhyl is situated on the north-eastern part of the land, just west of the great forest of Feyheart. The king Druhn overlooks his city, inhabited solely by elves, elandril and halflings. Eleindhyl is mostly self-sufficient, trading only with the dwarven nation. It’s many ports and outposts allow this form of subsistence. The secret elven forces Mir’Caen train in the Feyheart and operate under the orders of their king.
The great dwarven realm of Dawnforge is very much like the race that inhabits it: small but proud and strong. With only dawrves making up its population, Dawnforge is the least inhabited of the larger kingdoms. Resting near the mountains of the same name, Dawnforge relies heavily on the trade from Barghest and the dragonborn cities more to the north. The former ruler Mirthgar was killed during a freak dragon-hunting accident and now leaves the throne to his eldest son prince Gwar, eager to take the role of king amongst his people.
